For unexamined Japanese and World publications, please enter the year of the patent in the first box (but just as a two digit number in the case of a pre-year 2000 patent, eg. 03 or 91), followed by the remainder of the number preceded by as many zeros as necessary so the second part forms a six digit number. For examined Japanese publications and Chinese publication numbers, please put the whole number in the second box.
